Everyone has something in their life that they would love to do more often if they could. Hands down that something for me is travel. I’ve been to California four times in the past year, and even though it’s always Southern California, each time is completely different than the last. This time I saw more than I have ever seen before and I fell in love with California more than I ever have before. Between the breathtaking sunsets in Malibu, the fresh seafood in Santa Barbara, the beautiful mountains that surround Palm Springs and the endless expanses of desert and sandy roads to get lost in at Joshua Tree… I’m not sure why I even booked a flight back to New York. And so the internal conflict persists as to which coast I really belong on.

Getting out of NYC, or really any city, really quiets all the noise in your head and let’s you focus on finding who or what really matters to you.

I hope you enjoy this little glimpse into my trip.
