I had so much fun working on this project and I’m so excited to share this post with you guys! Now, cue me watching hours of YouTube videos on how to curl your hair with a straightening iron, hah! Seriously though, I don’t remember the last time I wore my hair straight so using a versatile styling tool like the T3 SinglePass Luxe is perfect. It has rounded plates which is key to creating the curls or waves we all want!
In this post I’m going to give you a little step by step tour of my experience, from what YouTube video I watched to what products I used! Speaking of products, it is SO important to heat protect your hair, ESPECIALLY if you do a lot of heat styling. I rely on Redken because their products not only protect but also repair. Every time I heat style I use the Iron Shape 11 , the Pillow Proof Blow Dry Express Primer and the Pillow Proof Blow Dry Express Treatment Primer.
So let’s get started!
Isn’t she so purdy! White ceramic plates with rose gold accents, rose gold is the key to my heart. <3
HERE is a link to the YouTube video that I found to be the most informative and easiest to follow! If you have to watch it a few times to get the hang of it that’s totally cool, I went through the same thing. Practice, practice, practice….
Here’s a tip!
I suggest practicing the technique while the straightener is off to get used to the motion before applying the heated iron to your hair.
Here are your three besties.
I like to gently run a brush or comb through my hair after that, and then spray in my Iron Shape 11.
This trio not only protects your hair from heat but also improves your hair’s health.
So you’ve gently blow dried your hair and you’re ready to style!
GO TO IT!
Add your volume, your flippy waves or your curls! The plates on the T3 SinglePass Luxe will not only create exactly what you want but will also give your locks shine that lasts.
Oh hello lovely…
Effortless beachy waves, my personal favorite!
