In an extremely short plane ride down the east coast I went from numb fingers to tan lines. Miami is an easy getaway for any New Yorker and a pleasant break from this dry and bitter winter. Andrea and I stayed at the Betsy Hotel which was built in 1942 and is the only remaining example of Georgian Architecture on the famous Ocean Drive. The property has received numerous accolades which include the Conde Nast Traveler Gold List & Forbes Travel Guide.
I can’t say enough amazing things about the staff, they were absolutely amazing, kind, sweet and everything in between. The rooms were so charming, I felt like I was staying with a relative. There are two pools, one directly off the lobby and one on the roof with views of the Ocean. We caught the sunset there our very first night and it was magical.
Here is my photo diary from the trip, with all the links to everything I wore!
