What I truly love and admire about Kendra Scott, is that she turned her passion into a career. She started out in the early 2000’s with $500 making jewelry in a spare room of her house. She’s known for beautifully crafted pieces, in stunning colors, from large statement to dainty everyday, there’s something for everyone. As you all probably already know, I’m more of a dainty everyday kind of girl, but I’m SO into these Natasha Hoop earrings that I’m wearing below. I paired them with the matching Quincy Y necklace. They really did something special to this simple marigold sun dress I’m wearing.
Like this mural? I know you doooo, we all love a good Instagrammable moment. Well, it’s currently living at the corner of Thompson St. & Grand St. in Manhattan. If you stop by make sure you tag #paintNYyellow! What this really is, is a celebration of her first NYC store opening later this Summer. It will be located in SoHo on the corner of Greene St & Spring St (as seen in the mural) AKA the best area to shop… ever. I want to mention one more super important thing. Her pieces are incredibly affordable for the quality and craftsmanship that goes into them. So if you haven’t heard of her check her out and if you have then here’s a little reminder!
